Christ = Peace + Joy

Jesus the Christ is Almighty God, our Creator, in human form. We rejoice because He loves us so much, He shed his blood for us. Jesus' birth, life, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension all happened in a short lifespan. Three generations of Herod's wanted Him dead but Jesus completed His mission! We are told in Philippians 4:16 - 17 "Always be full of joy in the Lord; I say it again, rejoice! Let everyone see that you are unselfish and considerate in all things. Remember the Lord is coming soon. Don't worry about anything; instead pray about everything; tell God your needs and don't forget to thank Him for His answers. If you do this you will experience God's peace which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and hearts quiet and at rest. (The Living Bible) Romans 1:16-17 "For I am not ashamed of this good news about Christ. It is God's powerful method of bringing all who believe into heaven. This message was preached first to the Jews alone, but now everyone is invited to come to God in the same way. This Good News tells us that God makes us ready for heaven, makes us right in God's sight when we put our faith and trust in Christ to save us. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the scripture puts it, the man who finds life will find it through trusting God. (The Living Bible)
