Loon Lake RCMP investigating structure fire

When officers arrived, the structure was fully engulfed and Loon Lake Fire Services were on scene, attempting to contain the fire. No one was in the church at the time and no injuries have been reported to police.

This investigation - which includes the circumstances surrounding how the fire started - is in its preliminary stages.

Loon Lake RCMP is asking anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area of the church on the morning of September 28th or who has information about the fire to report it to police by calling 310-RCMP. Residents in the area of the church are also asked to check their security camera footage and contact police if they note anything out of the ordinary.
