Nokomis Summer Market
It all started with a conversation about fundraising for a new garage door and other building maintenance and renovations. We thought, why not try a summer market?

We started on May 21st and hosted an event every Tuesday since then. We sold hamburgers handmade by volunteers and board members. Local farmers donated ground beef, bakers baked buns and gardeners donated produce. At each event, we have between six and ten vendors. As of August 7th, we have sold 750 burgers.
