Peace and Hope
John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.”

he meaning of peace: quiet, mental calm, freedom from civil disorder, freedom from quarrels or dissension. When we look at our world right now, there is so much unrest, so much war, so many people losing their lives, their homes, their way of life. Many are living in camps in their own countries because their homes have been bombed and are no longer liveable. Lack of food is a major obstacle in how they live and survive. And still, the bombs fall, because we must get even, but it also brings retaliation from other countries involved.
