Public Notice - Town of Nokomis

1. Under the provision of the Tax Enforcement Act the Town of Nokomis offers for sale the following residential property:
   Lots 29-38, Blk 2, Plan O5032
   “Old Curling Rink”
    Assessed Value: $79,900.00
    Tax Arrears: $14,435.06
2. A tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Property Tender” addressed to:
   Town of Nokomis
   Box 189, 101 3rd Avenue West
   Nokomis, Saskatchewan S0G 3R0
3. Tenders must be received in the Town Office by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
4. A certified cheque to the Town of Nokomis for 5% of the amount of the tender must accompany the tender. Tenders submitted without certified funds will not be considered.
5. Include your intentions for the Property with a timeline. Highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted.
6. Successful bidder will have 14 days to provide the balance of payment to complete the purchase when and if accepted by the Town of Nokomis. The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required time.
   All legal costs, title transfer fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price.
