Remembering - HAROLD (Harry) KRENTZ
July 1960 - December 2023
Harry was a wonderful man with a great sense of humour. A loyal friend and neighbour, he helped others in every way possible. Harry loved conversation and was never at a loss to narrate a great story.
Harry was a dedicated employee and union rep at Signal Industries in Regina for thirty years. His true love was farming and ranching with his Unc on a farm northwest of Duval. One of Harry's passions was ice fishing; he enjoyed fishing in his shack on Last Mountain Lake. As a carpenter and mechanic, his skills were outstanding. He loved cooking and trying new recipes; his chilli and cabbage rolls were amazing! He enjoyed playing cards; cribbage was his favourite game. A tireless volunteer, Harry worked countless bingos, and fundraisers, and was President of the Regina Figure Skating Club. A devoted animal lover, he was gifted a special dog, Morgan from Leipzig Serenity Retreat.
Most importantly, Harry was a loving father. His daughters, Shayna and Kayla DeMars-Krentz were his pride and joy. He spent many hours taking them to skating, twirling, horseback riding, and basketball practice. We are comforted knowing that our dad is in heaven watching us with love and guidance.
