RM of Lumsden No. 189 - Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the R.M. of Lumsden No. 189 for the year of 2025 has been prepared and is open for inspection in the office of the Assessor from 9:00am - 4:00pm on the following days:  Monday to Friday from March 21, 2025 – May 21, 2025 (excluding statutory holidays).

A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.

Any person who wishes to appeal his/her assessment is required to file his/her Notice of Appeal with:

By May 21, 2025.  A fee of $50 must accompany each appeal and will be refunded if your appeal is successful.
