RV of Grandview Beach - Zoning Bylaw

NOTICE 

Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the RV of Grandview Beach  Intends to adopt a bylaw under The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to  Amend Bylaw 07-22, known as the Zoning Bylaw 

INTENT AND REASON 

The proposed bylaw will make required changes to the setbacks and rules regarding Recreational  Vehicles, which includes, travel trailers, motor homes, fifth wheels or park models.

CHANGES

1. Remove a,b,c,d under 4.5.1 TRAILER COACHES
2. Change 4.5.1 to RECREATIONAL VEHICLE
3. Add under 4.5.1 RECREATIONAL VEHICLE

a) Definition: Recreational Vehicle – abbreviated as RV which includes a travel trailer, motor home, fifth wheel or park model
b) Recreational Vehicles will be governed under Bylaw #01-2025 The RV LICENSING BYLAW.

4. Change 4.6
   - Heading to read GUEST COTTAGES also referred to as “BUNKIES” 
   b) change to say: There may be no more than (3) guest cottages per site. Each Guest Cottage must   meet the required setbacks as per Zoning Bylaw Site Standards Tables 

 5. Change PERMITTED USES 5.2.1 and 5.3.1 

 a) remove trailer coach 

 6. Change SITE STANDARDS Table 5-2, Table 5-5, Table 5-8 

 Minimum side yard to 8 ft 

 7. Add SITE STANDARDS Table 5-5, 5-8, & 5-11 

 GUEST COTTAGES/BUNKIES

Minimum front yard 6 m (20 ft) 
Minimum side yard 2.44 m (8 ft) 
Distance from any dwelling on same lot 4.88 m (16 ft)

 8. Remove 5.4.4.1 a) and Change b) to a) 

PUBLIC INSPECTION 

Any person may inspect the bylaw by viewing it on the website at: Grandviewbeachsask.ca

PUBLIC HEARING 

Council will hold a public hearing on Saturday, May 31^st, 2025, at 10:30am, at the Annual General  Meeting, located at the Boehme Community Hall.
