Quilters - The sew and sews The local quilters sponsored a three-day retreat with locals and participants from Moose Jaw, Saskatoon, Strasbourg, Wynyard, Nokomis and Drake.
Painters “ Party Time Studio” With instructor Kathy Kautz The painters enjoyed a leisurely three days of painting together with other crafters in the Community Centre. It was informal as the painters worked on paintings of their choice of subject and material.
Moccasin Making Workshop With instructor Darlene Anderson Govan Community Centre was privileged to have Darlene Anderson from Eyebrow Sask. teaching beading and moccasin making to 5 participants. It was an enjoyable three days. Thank you to the Govan museum for hiring the instructor through their Sask Culture and Sask Lottery grants.
