She took great pride in her job and went above and beyond her duties on a regular basis. She was beloved by all the students on her route, her own children included. Orest Shasko was contracted to make a School Bus flower planter as a retirement gift for Jo-anne by her daughter Lenay Sylvestre. Orest went above and beyond expectations making this beautiful and detailed model of the school bus that she used to drive.
