A time to celebrate the coming year with hope and enthusiasm, give us an opportunity to cherish and be thankful for what we have, and support those who are less fortunate.
This season, let us all reach out a little further to those around us. Let us thank the veterans and the volunteers for their service, the elderly for their examples, the children who are our future, and friends and neighbours for making our community a place we all love to call home.
I am thankful to our RM staff and elected officials, all of whom are committed to working together with the community to make a positive and lasting contribution to our future. Together we can and will make a difference.
