
On Thursday, June 11th, According to Brett Vancise, 35, he was the 1st person to accomplish that feat on Saskatchewan soil and only the 92nd in Canada.
He accomplished this by going up and down Regina Beach Centre Street 243 times, riding the equivalent of 309KM, in just over 19 hours. Brett fueled his personal challenge with four veggie deluxe pizzas, water and cheers of encouragement from onlookers.“No races, no events, no games to watch, no excuses not to push the limits to see what you’re
made of.” Says Brett. Raised in Regina, was cotagging for the summer in Buena Vista when he took up this popular challenge, He now resides in T0ronto.Saskatchewan might be the last place someone would go to climb the equivalent of Everest.
